Terms of service

1. The service

AgentToolWorks provides tools that software agents call over the internet (the Model Context Protocol) to verify companies and VAT numbers, validate IBANs, screen names against sanctions lists, search public job boards, and generate, validate and read electronic invoices. Each tool, its price and its data sources are described on this website.

2. Accounts and keys

You need an email address to create an account. An API key gives full use of your account, including spending its credits: keep it secret, and revoke it from your account page if it leaks. You are responsible for calls made with your keys until you revoke them. One free grant of 100 credits is available per person; creating accounts to collect more is not allowed.

3. Credits and payment

Tools are paid for with prepaid credits. Packs are one-off purchases in US dollars; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Prices exclude any tax that may apply in your country. Credits never expire and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except as described in the refund policy. A call that fails on our side is billed zero. We may change prices for future purchases and calls; the price of a call is always the one published when it is made.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to break the law, including sanctions and data protection law;
• try to get around rate limits, authentication or billing, or to reach other customers' data;
• resell raw access to the tools as a competing service, or overload the public sources behind them;
• use personal data returned by a tool for anything its source does not permit.

We may suspend a key or an account that breaks these rules.

5. What the results are, and are not

Results come from public sources that we do not control, and are only as current and accurate as those sources. In particular:

• Sanctions screening is a due diligence signal, not a legal determination. A match needs human review, and the absence of a match does not prove a party is not sanctioned. Each result states the lists and their dates.
• Invoice validation checks the rules it lists and nothing else. It does not mean a tax authority or a recipient will accept the invoice, and AgentToolWorks is not an accredited e-invoicing platform and does not transmit invoices.
• Company, VAT and IBAN checks report what the registry or the checksum says. An IBAN check confirms structure, not that the account exists.

You remain responsible for the decisions you or your agents make with these results.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and publish measured reliability on the reliability page, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream sources can be slow or unavailable; the tools then answer with a clear error and the call is billed zero.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ECOM FR LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights consumers have under the law of their country.

8. Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. If we ever close the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and refund unspent purchased credits.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will email you about material changes before they apply, and the date below says when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where ECOM FR LLC is organised, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
