Give a board slug and JobsRadar detects whether the company is on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Personio or Pinpoint, then returns its open roles in one normalized shape.

The job

Every company on Greenhouse has a public board at a slug, usually the company name: boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb. Lever and Ashby work the same way. The catch is that you have to know which system a company uses before you know which URL to call, and each returns a different schema.

Why an agent needs a tool for it

An agent asked about a company it has never seen should not guess the tracking system. get_company_jobs takes the slug, tries the providers, and answers with the provider it found and the postings in the same shape as every other board.

Airbnb is not in the tracked directory. The slug was enough: the provider was detected and the board read live, which is why data_as_of is the time of the call. Shortened for this page: jobs shortened from 8 to 2.

Limits worth knowing

Detection needs the slug the company actually uses. When it differs from the name (Marqeta is at marqeta-inc), look it up in the company's careers URL.
SmartRecruiters answers an unknown company the same way as a company with no open roles. The tool adds a note in that case rather than reporting that the company is not hiring.
Workable boards refuse this hosted service and work through the Apify Actor.
